Rule violations and their consequences
Possible consequences:
- A warning, or a request to change the content or your behaviour.
- Content being hidden or removed.
- A temporary account suspension.
- A permanent account ban.
We decide on the consequence case by case, depending on how serious the violation is.
Violations that lead to your account being blocked (this list is not exhaustive):
- Deliberately mislabelling AI-generated content.
- Stealing someone else’s account.
- Stalking, harassment or publishing someone’s personal data.
Some violations, however, are removed immediately and reported to the police or other relevant authorities. These include, in particular:
- Sexual content involving minors.
- Criminal threats.
- Incitement to violence or to commit a crime.
- Encouraging suicide or self-harm, or threatening suicide or self-harm.
- Any other content that breaks Polish law.
Appeals: if you disagree with our decision, email the admin team or get in touch with us on Discord. We will review every appeal within a reasonable time, but the decision we reach after that review is final.
Legal disputes: where we are able to, if you are involved in a dispute or legal proceedings, you can ask us to share the evidence we hold, such as the content of your work, publication dates, edit history, comments, messages and account activity. We will provide it to the extent permitted by Polish law.
